The Department of Economics at Brandeis University invites applicants for a full time, non-tenure track position at the rank of senior lecturer beginning in Fall 2017. We seek individuals with experience in teaching at the undergraduate level, with an emphasis on courses in introductory economics and intermediate micro theory. Candidates should hold a Ph.D in economics and have an interest in undergraduate student advising. Demonstrated excellence in teaching is a requirement. The expected course load is five courses per academic year with additional advising responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be offered a multi-year contract, renewable upon satisfactory performance.
