The Department of Economics, School of Social Sciences and Philosophy is seeking to appoint two Assistant Professor of Economics, to commence on 1st August 2018.
Successful applicants will contribute to research and teaching in the Department of Economics. The existing research strengths of the Department include international macroeconomics, development economics and applied economics more generally.
We invite, in particular, applications in the field of international macroeconomics. The ideal applicant in this field will contribute to the work of the International Macroeconomics research unit (IM-TCD) in the Department, which already includes eight academic staff. The broad aim of the group is to advance top-level research in the field of international macroeconomics, particularly from an applied and policy-relevant perspective.
