    The Philosophy, Politics and Economics Program at the University of Pennsylvania invites applications for the position of a full-time Lecturer, beginning Fall 2018. The appointment will be for an initial year with the possibility of annual renewal for up to an additional two years, contingent upon satisfactory performance review and approval by the Dean.

    PPE seeks a candidate to teach two advanced interdisciplinary courses and two small research seminars for a total load of two courses each semester. These courses will be taught to juniors and seniors in the major providing an interdisciplinary experience in a small classroom setting. We are seeking candidates with teaching expertise in big data analysis, evolutionary social models as well as a research background in agent based modeling or applied math and research interests in social norms.
