The Department of Economics and Economic History at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) invites applications for Assistant and Associate Professor level positions starting in the Fall Term of 2019.

Applicants should hold a Ph.D. degree before taking up the position, and should have demonstrated potential for research excellence.  Positions are open to all areas of Economics.

The Department is located in the Bellaterra Campus of the UAB, and is next to the Institute for Economic Analysis (IAE-CSIC), and the Fundació MOVE. It is also one of the four academic units of the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics (Barcelona GSE). Altogether, this brings a vibrant environment for research and offers excellent teaching opportunities at the PhD, MSc, and undergraduate level.
