The Department of Economics, McGill University, invites applications for a tenure-track position. The appointment is expected to be at the rank of Assistant Professor and outstanding candidates in any field will be considered, with priority given to applicants working in applied Microeconomics.

Applicants should have, or expect soon to complete, a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Economics. Candidates are expected to show evidence of exceptional promise in research and teaching effectiveness. Applications should be received by 15 November 2017 to guarantee full consideration, but will be accepted until the position is filled. The appointment begins 1 August 2018.
