The Economics Department at the University of Vienna invites applications for positions at the (non-tenure track) assistant professor level ("University Assistant") in the following fields:

  • Applied Microeconomics (2 positions)
  • Macroeconomics (1 position)
  • Behavioral and Experimental Economics (1 position)

The contracts for these positions are for 6 years. Applicants should have completed (or should be close to completing) a PhD in economics. Knowledge of German is an asset, but not required.
