Our teaching-track faculty teach six undergraduate classes per year (two classes per quarter) with 3-4 course preparations per year, in a mix of introductory, intermediate, and upper-level classes. Teaching-track faculty may be able to teach advanced undergraduate classes in their particular areas of interest and have considerable autonomy in how they run their classes with full support by graduate student TA’s.  The positions are not tenure-track, but are multiple year and renewable. Compensation is highly competitive and the economics department is highly ranked. The hiring decision places highest priority on evidence of previous teaching success documented by student evaluations. Ph.D. required by 8/31/2020. Please submit cover letter and three letters of recommendation. In order to ensure full consideration, materials must be received by November 15, 2019.
