The Collegio Carlo Alberto in Turin invites applications for up to two Assistant Professorships, jointly funded with the ESOMAS Department of the University of Turin. Candidates should be nearing the completion of their PhD programs in Economics or Finance, or hold a PhD in Economics or Finance. We also welcome applications from seasoned Assistant Professors.
We will give particular attention to candidates with a strong background in Finance and Applied/Empirical Economics.
Applications from female candidates are especially encouraged.
Assistant Professors are offered salaries and research funds competitive with those offered by US research universities. English is the working and instructional language at the Collegio.
The position is for four years starting in September 2026 and renewable for three more years after a mid-term evaluation. They may be transformed into permanent positions following a successful peer review.
