Third CCA–ESCP Workshop on Financial Institutions and Corporate Finance
(Organized by Collegio Carlo Alberto and ESCP Business School | Call for Papers: Collegio Carlo Alberto and ESCP Business School are pleased to announce the third edition of the CCA–ESCP Workshop on Financial Institutions and Corporate Finance, to be held on June 10–11, 2027, at Collegio Carlo Alberto in Turin. The workshop brings together academics and policymakers to discuss current research on financial intermediation and corporate finance. We invite submissions of theoretical and empirical papers in all areas of these fields. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: Banks, non-bank financial intermediaries, and capital markets Bank regulation and supervision Financial stability, liquidity transformation, and systemic risk Monetary policy transmission through banks and non-banks Fintech, digital banking, big data, and AI in finance Climate, sustainable, and transition finance Corporate investment, capital structure, and liquidity management Corporate governance, ownership, incentives, and diversity Household and entrepreneurial finance Political economy, geopolitical risk, and policy shocks Keynote Speakers Financial Intermediation: Luc Laeven (ECB) Corporate Finance: TBA Submission Guidelines Please submit full papers in PDF format by email to ccaescpworkshop@escp.eu. There is no submission fee. Submission deadline: January 15, 2027 Notification of acceptance: March 1, 2027 Each accepted paper will be assigned a discussant. Program and Venue The workshop begins in the early afternoon of Thursday, June 10, and ends in the early afternoon of Friday, June 11, 2027. Lunch, coffee breaks, and a conference dinner on Thursday evening will be provided for presenters and discussants. Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation. The workshop takes place at Collegio Carlo Alberto, Piazza Arbarello 8, Turin. Attendance is open to academics, policymakers, and practitioners. Registration details will be sent upon acceptance.
