Post-doctoral researcher (m/f/d) (E13 TV-L, 100%)

Intended starting date is 1 April 2024, but a later date is possible. The contract duration is for three years. An extension may be possible.

Our research

Our team studies the organization, globalization and innovation decisions of firms. Current projects focus on understanding how digitalization and new technologies affect firm decisions as well as their implications for firm growth, employees’ careers and wages and the future of work.

The position

The post-doctoral position is a full-time research position without teaching obligation. It is funded through the ERC Starting Grant “Firm organization and the adoption of information and communication technologies” (101076790 — ORGANDICT — ERC-2022-STG).

The successful candidate will be engaged in exploring topics research related to digitalization and emerging technologies, firm organization, corporate innovation, globalization, and the future of work.

Your profile

We are seeking a highly motivated, curiosity-driven candidate that holds (or is about to finish) a Ph.D. in economics or a related discipline (e.g., management, data science). The candidate should have a keen interest and strong background in international, organizational or innovation economics broadly defined. Fluency in English is indispensable. German skills are not necessary.
