The Faculty of Economics and Statistics at the University of Innsbruck has an opening for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow (3 years). The starting date of the position is March 1, 2024 or later after mutual agreement. The successful candidate will join the Faculty of Economics and Statistics at the University of Innsbruck. It offers a dynamic environment, actively promotes research and allocates resources based on international peer-reviewed research publications.

The main tasks of the successful candidate are to conduct independent, fundamental research in the field of applied microeconomics; collaboration in the project "Preferences, Personality and Long-Term Labor Market Outcomes"; participation in organizational and administrative tasks within the project. Necessary qualifications:

Completed doctorate in the field of economics or a related field (at the start of the position); academic achievements in the field of applied microeconomics; sound methodological knowledge in the areas of microeconomics and empirical/experimental economic research; social skills, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills.
