The CERDI is recruiting a postdoctoral researcher in development economics to work with Sébastien Marchand and his team on the ECOTERM research project.
The ECOTERM project (collaborative research project, PRC) is funded by the French National Research Agency (ANR). This international program brings together multidisciplinary teams to study termite mounds in Cambodia from economic, ecological, health, and anthropological perspectives.
Profile sought
- PhD in development economics, environmental economics, agricultural economics, or health economics.
- Strong command of econometric methods (production models, impact evaluation, stochastic frontier analysis, etc.) and proficiency in STATA/R.
- Experience in the analysis of survey data and familiarity with developing country contexts.
- Strong interest in interdisciplinary approaches and sustainability issues.
Start date: 01/11/2025 (possible postponement to 01/01/2026)
