Institut Mines-Télécom Business School is seeking one highly qualified candidate with experience in teaching (at the undergraduate and graduate levels) and significant research potential in Human Resource Management – Organisational Behaviour to fit into the research themes of the school. The candidate will conduct research activities within LITEM as part of one of the laboratory’s two research groups: axis 1, "Digital, praxis and responsibility"; axis 2, "Innovation, markets and organizations".

The ideal candidate will have a PhD or be close to completion. Applicants should exhibit potential for excellence in research, aiming to publish in leading journals in Management sciences or Economics at an international level (list of ABS - Chartered Association of Business Schools).

Newly recruited junior faculty receive a reduced teaching load for the first four years. In addition to a competitive salary, the school supports research activities. Personal budgets for research are €3K annually with potential for additional annual research funding of up to €8K from additional sources.

The Management, Marketing and Strategy Department has 18 permanent faculty members and offers courses at undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels.

The position is from Fall 2025 and is maintained open until filled.
