The Department of Economics at INSTITUT POLYTECHNIQUE DE PARIS has 3 openings at the ranks of Assistant Professor and Associate Professor. We welcome applications from all fields in economics. Candidates must demonstrate excellence in research and teaching, or the promise of it. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Successful candidates will be part of CREST (https://crest.science/), a research group composed of about 50 economists, as well as scholars in Statistics, Quantitative Sociology, and Finance, offering a rich and stimulating research environment.

The Institut Polytechnique de Paris is one of France’s most prestigious higher-education institutions in science and engineering. It is composed of École polytechnique, ENSAE Paris, ENSTA Paris, Télécom Paris, Télécom SudParis and ENPC.

One Assistant Professor position (tenure track) will be opened at ENSAE Paris. For this position applicants in Econometrics are sought.

One Assistant Professor position (tenured) will be opened at Telecom Paris for a junior researcher in Digital Economics and Industrial Organization.

Finally, for the third position, we seek applicants at either Assistant Professor (tenure track) or Associate Professor (tenured) level. All fields of Economics will be considered. This position will be opened at Ecole Polytechnique.

Note that knowledge of French is NOT required for any of the three positions.
