The Korea Institute for International Economic Policy (KIEP) invites applications for full-time Associate Research Fellow positions. Founded in 1989, KIEP has been a leading think tank in Korea. As a government-funded research institute, KIEP advises the Korean government on international economic policy issues, including regional/country analysis, international development, international trade and investment, and macroeconomic policy.
Applicants must have completed their Ph.D. in Economics, or in a related field with a regional focus on Japan, China, India, the Middle East, or Russia, by the time employment begins. Fluency in both Korean and English is required and proficiency in a relevant regional language is an asset. Applications received by December 1, 2025 will be fully considered. Selected candidates will be invited to a virtual first-round interview.
