The Department of Economics at Washington College invites applications for a two-year Visiting Professor position beginning August of 2026. Commitment to excellence in undergraduate teaching is essential. The teaching load is three courses per semester. Teaching responsibilities include intermediate macroeconomics, introductory-level courses, and a mix of upper-level courses (such as Health Economics, Money and Banking, Behavioral Economics etc.). Applicants should have a Ph.D., but individuals near degree completion will be considered.
