Asia School of Business invites applications for full-time tenure-track and practice-oriented faculty positions at all ranks (Full Professor, Associate) in Economics, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Analytics.
We seek outstanding scholars with strong research records and thought leadership in economics, AI/ML, data analytics, and digital transformation, with relevance to central banking, financial supervision/regulation, sovereign wealth management, and the broader digital economy. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to bridge rigorous academic research with real-world impact across business, policy, and society.
Successful candidates will contribute to ASB’s translational research agenda, teach at graduate and executive levels, and help shape curricula for programs including the MBA, EMBA, and Master in Central Banking. Faculty will play a key role in advancing research and teaching at the intersection of economics, AI, finance, and technology-enabled innovation.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct and publish high-impact research; teach graduate and executive courses integrating theory, AI, and applied analytics; mentor students and junior faculty; contribute to curriculum development and institutional service; secure research funding; and build partnerships with central banks, governments, industry, and global institutions.
Qualifications: PhD in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field from a reputable institution; strong publication record; excellent teaching and communication skills; and interdisciplinary research capability. Experience in central banking, AI applications, or digital economy research is highly desirable.
