Asia School of Business invites applications for full-time tenure-track or practice-oriented faculty positions at all ranks in Economics (two positions) and Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics (one position).
We seek outstanding scholars with strong research records and thought leadership in Economics (with specialization in core central banking areas and a focus on emerging markets) and Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics, respectively. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to bridge rigorous academic research with real-world impact across business, policy, and society.
Successful candidates will contribute to ASB’s translational research agenda, teach at graduate and executive levels, and help shape curricula for programs including the Master in Central Banking, MBA, and EMBA. Faculty will play a key role in advancing research and teaching in economics and finance, and AI and technology-enabled innovation, respectively.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct and publish high-impact research; teach graduate and executive courses; mentor students and junior faculty; contribute to curriculum development and institutional service; secure research funding; and build partnerships with central banks, governments, industry, and global institutions.
Qualifications:
Economics: PhD in Economics or Finance.
Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics: PhD in Economics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
Strong publication record; excellent teaching and communication skills; interdisciplinary research capability.
Experience in relevant fields is highly preferred. For the economics positions, central banking background is highly desirable.
