IE University is looking for applicants in macroeconomics to fill three tenure-track positions as Assistant or Associate Professor in the Department of Economics, starting September 2027. Position duties include publishing in leading economic journals, teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels, and contributing to the intellectual life of the School.

We are looking for candidates in Macroeconomics, Monetary Economics, or Time-series Econometrics.

Candidates are offered a competitive remuneration package, a dynamic research environment, and a cosmopolitan workplace in the heart of Madrid. English is the working language, and our faculty and students are highly diverse and international. Knowledge of Spanish is not required.

Applicants should have completed or be close to completing a Ph.D. in Economics, Finance, or a related field from an internationally recognized institution by July 2027.
