The School of Business of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile invites applications for tenure-track positions in the areas of Industrial Organization/Strategy, Organizational Behavior/Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and related fields beginning August 2027. We will be conducting online interviews with selected candidates in December 2026.

The school offers competitive salaries. The teaching load is comparable to US standards and there are minimal service requirements. Knowledge of Spanish is NOT required. The school provides generous research grants for conferences, travel expenses, and research assistance. Candidates must have a doctoral degree (completed or imminent) and demonstrate a strong commitment to research.
