Four tenure track positions in Economics

The positions are in the Department of Economics, the leading research-oriented economics unit in Finland. The main focus of the department is in broadly defined applied microeconomics. For more information about the Department, please visit: http://economics.aalto.fi/en/

Requirements

Those in the academic tenure track system are expected to carry out and supervise scientific research, to provide high quality academic education, to follow the advances of their field, to participate in service to the Aalto University community, to the academic community and to the society at large.

Applicants should hold a doctoral degree (or be near completion of the doctorate) in economics or in a related field. The applicants will be reviewed based on their research, teaching and activity in the scientific community. One of the positions is in the area of economics and data science while for the other positions candidates in all areas of economics are considered.
