The Department of Management seeks to hire an outstanding Assistant Professor who will strengthen our internationally renowned, innovative and publicly engaged faculty. Applications will be considered from exceptional candidates with research interests in managerial economics and strategy.

Successful applicants will have, or be close to obtaining a PhD in economics, a closely-related social science discipline, or an interdisciplinary field relevant to managerial economics and strategy by the post start date. You will have proven ability, as evidenced by existing publications or potential to publish in top journals. You will also have a demonstrable ability to teach on undergraduate, postgraduate, or executive programmes in management.

Salary is competitive with Departments at our peer institutions worldwide. The salary scale starts at £55,974 per annum and can be found on the LSE website. In addition to the salary, this post may attract significant pay supplements which reflect current market conditions.
