The Tepper School of Business (www.tepper.cmu.edu) at Carnegie Mellon University invites qualified individuals to apply for a tenure track faculty position in Economics, commencing September 1, 2021. The position rank is open (Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor). Salary and rank are commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Applicants should have (or be nearing completion of) a Ph.D. and an outstanding record of excellence in research and teaching in economics. Candidates from all fields of economics will be given consideration. Teaching assignments encompass undergraduate, MBA, and Ph.D. programs. Interested individuals must submit a cover letter, current curriculum vitae, evidence of research (such as publications, working papers, or dissertation proposal), three recommendation letters and a diversity statement describing the applicant’s contributions to diversity in their professional lives as well as plans for the future, via Interfolio (http://apply.interfolio.com/79013). Candidates for the rank of Associate or Full Professor must provide strong evidence of scholarly publications or the equivalent in industry/government experience.
