About Analysis Group and Our Work in Europe

Analysis Group is one of the largest international economics consulting firms, with more than 1,000 professionals across 14 offices in Europe, North America, and Asia. For over 30 years, we have provided economic and financial analysis, litigation support, and consulting services to leading law firms, Fortune Global 500 companies, industry associations, and government and regulatory agencies worldwide. Analysis Group is ranked as one of the top economics firms in the world by Global Competition Review.

Our experience in Europe spans a number of key areas, such as competition, merger control, international arbitration, finance, taxation, transfer pricing, and intellectual property, in industries including banking, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, technology, insurance, and transportation, among others. In these areas, we bring our core expertise in economics, finance, accounting, and statistics to bear on legal issues such as collective actions, merits, and assessing quantum of damages, as well as regulatory proceedings and merger-related matters. In addition, we regularly conduct health care research (including health economics and outcomes research), and provide strategic consulting to pharmaceuticals and life sciences companies. Clients are able to draw on the expertise available across the firm worldwide, along with our local resources based in Brussels, London, and Paris.

An important differentiator for our clients is our ability to combine a strong team of advanced-degree professionals with highly credentialed affiliated experts from academia, government, and industry. Our professionals and experts have testified in disputes in European courts and other venues such as the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) International Court of Arbitration, and the UKs High Court of Justice.

Some of our European affiliated experts include Professor Alex Edmans of London Business School, Professor Peter Tufano of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, Professor Jacques Crémer of the Toulouse School of Economics, Professor Joël Peress of INSEAD, and Professor Jean-Pierre Landau at Sciences Po in Paris.
