The Department of Economics of Boston College is seeking candidates for a full-time non-tenure track position in economics in any field beginning in Fall 2023. This is an exceptional position, with highly competitive salary, benefits, and teaching load. This is a renewable long-term position, beginning with a 3-year contract. Completed PhD and a record of exceptional undergraduate teaching are required.

Successful candidates will be expected to play a full role in the undergraduate program including active supervision of senior theses and undergraduate advisement, and will teach a large lecture of Principles or Statistics. Applicants should be committed to teaching of the highest quality. Desirable fields are principles of economics, intermediate micro and macro, statistics and econometrics, and electives of the candidate’s choice.
