The Department of Economics at Boston College invites applications for four tenure-track positions beginning in Fall 2023.

One position is in macroeconomics and is open in rank.

The remaining three positions, two open-rank and one for a tenure-track Assistant Professor, are in labor economics, industrial organization, and applied microeconomics. For the open-rank positions, we are especially interested in candidates who can provide intellectual leadership in labor, IO, and related fields across applied microeconomics. Candidates will be considered individually or as part of a cluster hire in applied micro.

All candidates will teach in the undergraduate and Ph.D. programs in Economics, and should be committed to teaching and research of the highest quality. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis beginning November 15, 2022 and will be accepted through the deadline of December 31, 2022.
