The FSU Economics Department is seeking candidates for a tenured faculty position at the Associate or Full Professor level to join the Experimental Social Sciences Research Cluster in the Fall of 2023, rank commensurate with experience. The selected candidate will be a faculty member in the Department of Economics and affiliated with the cluster, which is jointly housed in the Departments of Economics and Political Science and currently consists of about a dozen tenured and tenure-track faculty members.

The candidate must have a strong publication record of internationally recognized research using experimental methods, whether in the laboratory, the field, or through online participant pools. Preference will be given to those whose work may connect naturally with other social sciences, while also complementing the research interests of existing cluster faculty. In addition to research duties, success in receiving external funding is preferred and the usual teaching and service duties are expected.

The economics department webpage is https://coss.fsu.edu/economics. For more information on this position, please contact John Hamman at jhamman@fsu.edu.

Review of applications will begin immediately and the position will remain open until filled.
