For more than 50 years, CRA has been a leader in providing economic analysis, advice, and testimony for antitrust and merger cases worldwide. Our work as antitrust experts focuses on rigorous empirical assessments of whether competition in a market has been or will be adversely affected, leaving consumers to face higher prices, fewer choices, or stifled innovation. CRA’s expertise in antitrust and competition economics finds application in a wide range of cases including those related to monopolization, collusion, exclusive dealing, innovation policy, and merger review. We tailor our analyses to the facts of each case, employing tools such as econometrics, game theory, incentive modeling, and merger simulation as needed. Qualifications
Successful candidates will have or be expected to complete a Ph.D. in economics by 2023, and will have specific expertise in the fields of industrial organization, applied microeconomics, econometrics, labor, health, or other quantitative areas.
