Assistant, Associate or Full Professorship in Gender Economics
The Department of Economics of the University of Zurich is inviting applications at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Full Professor, starting September 2023. Applicants should have a PhD degree in Economics before taking up the position. Successful candidates for Assistant Professorships are appointed to three-year contracts, renewable once, with evaluation for tenure after six years. Applicants at the rank of Associate or Full Professor should have an established academic record commensurate with the position.
The research focus of this position lies in the broad field of Gender Economics. A professorship with this thematic orientation may, for example, come from the fields of labor economics, public economics, behavioral economics, economics of education, development economics, political economy, or macroeconomics.
The Department of Economics offers an exciting and collegial research environment, competitive terms and conditions and generous research support. Knowledge of German is not a requirement.
