RAND's Economics, Sociology, and Statistics Department has multiple openings for applied microeconomists at all experience levels. RAND economists develop policy-relevant research agendas within or across education, labor, defense, public and health economics. RAND economists have the option to teach policy PhD students at Pardee RAND Graduate School. More information about economics at RAND: http://www.rand.org/economics/.

Applicants should have a PhD by September 2023, demonstrated research skills, a strong interest in policy-relevant empirical analysis, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
