With a strong focus on interdisciplinary research and teaching, the School of Liberal Education at FLAME University has recognized strengths in the areas of Economics, Psychology, Sociology, International Studies, Public Policy, Cultural Studies, in addition to Environmental Sciences, Applied Mathematics, Computer and Data Sciences.
We are looking for candidates whose research specialties and interests incorporate any areas of Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics, and specifically with expertise in Financial Economics
We expect candidates to apply with solid academic training and outstanding research profile demonstrated through high-quality publications, an active peer-review pipeline, and success with grants and fellowship applications.
A Ph.D. in Economics or allied fields (completed or nearing submission) is required at the time of application.
