The Sao Paulo School of Economics at Getulio Vargas Foundation invites applications for full-time assistant professor positions. We seek applicants working on any field of economics. Applicants working on environmental economics and macroeconomics are encouraged to apply. The school offers competitive research conditions and compensation. Knowledge of Portuguese is not required. Candidates must submit applications through Econ Job Market.
The review of complete applications will begin on December 5, 2021. We will invite selected candidates for initial interviews shortly thereafter. The interviews will be held virtually, starting mid-december. Short-listed candidates will be invited for in-campus visits afterwards.
The position starts on August 1, 2023.
