The Departament d'Economia Aplicada at the Universitat de les Illes Balears (Spain) invites to express the interest to apply for (tenure-track) faculty positions at the Assistant/Associate Professor level in the field of Economics (preferably, though not exclusively, in Public Economics, Macroeconomics and Tourism Economics). Open positions are to begin in September 2023.
The position involves both research and teaching activities. Candidates are expected to have completed their Ph.D. in Economics by May 2023. Since most teaching at the Universitat de les Illes Balears is either in Spanish or Catalan, the ability to teach in at least one of these two languages is valued (although it is not a requisite).
