Overview

The Faculty of Asia School of Business invites applications for faculty positions in Monetary/Macroeconomics, Finance or Financial Stability to teach in our Master in Central Banking (MCB) program that caters to mid-career professionals from central banks around the world.

Candidates are expected to have solid training in macroeconomics, finance, accounting, or related discipline, hold a Ph.D. from an internationally recognized institution, have a track record (or strong potential) to publish in top international journals commensurate with rank, and experience in a central bank or in analysis of the challenges facing central banks. Experience in a central bank, financial supervision authority or a related institution; and experience in emerging economies are particularly valued.

We are looking for applicants who are passionate about impactful and actionable research, committed to excellence, and who can demonstrate the ability or potential to teach effectively in the MCB program, and also in the MBA and Executive Education programs. The successful candidate should be willing to contribute in a proactive and collegial manner to the institutional development as well as its national and international visibility.
