The University of Michigan, Department of Economics invites tenure track applications in Any Field. The Department expects to have multiple positions available at the assistant professor rank, subject to budgetary approval, with an anticipated start date of August 26, 2024 with a University-Year appointment. Duties include: teaching and research in Economics, advising students and providing service to the department and university. Ph.D. in Economics or related field required, with Ph.D. expected by August 25, 2024. Applicants must submit curriculum vitae, job market paper, three reference letters, a statement of teaching philosophy and experience, a statement of current and future research plans, evidence of teaching excellence, and a diversity statement. First consideration will be given to applications submitted by November 7, 2023, but applications will continue to be considered until the position is filled.
