The Department of Economics and Finance (DEF) at the University of Rome Tor Vergata invites expressions of interest for an assistant professor position in all areas of Economics and Finance.
The position is for up to six years, after which candidates with a strong publications record will be considered for a tenured-position.
The primary responsibility of an Assistant Professor is high-quality research; therefore, the teaching load is light (max 72 hours) and it is preferably allocated to graduate courses. Knowledge of Italian is not required.
