We are currently recruiting and have a number of Assistant Professorship positions available from 1 September 2024.
We invite applications from candidates with research interests in any area of economics, but we are particularly interested in receiving applications from candidates with expertise in macroeconomics and econometrics.
To be successful, you will show the potential to develop an excellent publication record, attract external research funding, deliver high quality teaching, build leadership skills in both teaching and research, and to have a collegial approach to working with the School and the University. Applicants are expected to have a PhD in Economics by the time of appointment.
These positions will have permanent contracts. Salaries for all posts will be commensurate with those offered by comparable Schools of Economics.
