The Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania seeks a dynamic, student-oriented educator to be our Associate Director of Experiential Learning.

Responsibilities:

• Teach three courses per calendar year in either the Master of Public Administration or Executive Master of Public Administration program
• Manage experiential learning opportunities in the Fels capstone program
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students and develop and implement systems to support academic administration and teaching excellence throughout the Fels Institute of Government

A successful candidate will have a Masters or Ph.D. in a relevant field, practical public sector experience and/or research involving practitioners and policymakers, and experience teaching statistics, machine learning, economics, data analytics, program evaluation, public finance, public administration and management, or public policy analysis to broad, non-expert populations.
