The Institute of Labor Economics (IZA) invites applications for a position as

Postdoctoral Researcher

for an initial period of two years in Bonn, Germany.

IZA is a platform committed to advancing high-quality research on the role of labor markets for economic inequality, and the behavioral aspects influencing these areas. Our mission encompasses scientific policy advice, the active transfer of current knowledge, and the promotion of young talent. IZA combines its global network of over 2,000 distinguished economists from 60 countries and a group of dedicated researchers in its local campus in Bonn, Germany. Ideal candidates should work in labor economics (including closely related applied topics), behavioral economics, or the intersection of the two, and have completed their PhD (or be close to completion).

The Postdoctoral Researcher is expected to collaborate and be part of the research team in Bonn, engage in research that has the potential to be published in top journals and get involved in our institute activities. Active participation in the thriving intellectual environment of IZA and being a team player are essential. There are no teaching obligations.
