The University of Rennes is opening a Junior Professor Chair “Behaviors, Perceptions and Societies Transformations” which will begin in the fall of 2024 for a period of 4 years. This Chair will be hosted by CREM research center in economics and management. Following a successful tenure review, the junior Professor will be offered a permanent, full Professor, position at the University of Rennes.
The Chair studies the relationships between behaviors, perceptions, and various inequality dimensions: health inequalities, environmental inequalities or digital inequalities. Beyond the issue of inequalities, the impact of biases and perceptions on individual behaviors is part of the research questions to be investigated.
More details about the research topics and teaching activities of the Chair are available here.
CREM is the most important research center in economics and management in the west of France. It is supported by the CNRS, the University of Rennes and the University of Caen-Normandie. CREM has an infrastructure for conducting experimental research in economics and neuromarketing.
