The Chair of Macroeconomics: Innovation and Policy has a job opening for a Postdoc position in theoretical macroeconomics. The Postdoc position focuses on basic research, innovation and economic growth or on monetary economics.

The research at the chair centers on empirically motivated theoretical and conceptual economic questions and provides useful policy guidelines. The chair is part of the Center of Economic Research, which belongs to the Department of Management, Technology, and Economics (D-MTEC) at ETH Zurich. Further information about the chair’s work is provided on our website. The salary will be following the regulations of ETH Zurich. The starting date is flexible.

The successful applicant should hold a Ph.D. degree in economics on at least one of the above topics with a focus on theory. She/he is expected to both conduct academic as well as policy-relevant economic research independently and to contribute to research projects at the chair.
