The Deutsche Bundesbank’s Research Centre is interested in hiring economists with a PhD or PhD nearing completion in economics, finance or econometrics.

We are interested in candidates with research interests in climate change related topics, including (but not limited to) green finance, (empirical/ theoretical) modelling of climate risk and uncertainty, financial system and climate policy, integrated assessment models, and sectoral/regional heterogeneity in climate change mitigation and adaptation.

We will be conducting virtual interviews from Monday, 13 December, to Friday, 17 December 2021.

The Bundesbank’s Research Centre conducts academic research and provides research-based policy advice in a broad range of fields including macroeconomics, financial economics, banking, applied time series econometrics, household finance, and applied microeconomics.
