The FSU Economics Department invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor whose research interests focus on applied microeconomics to join the Department in August 2022. Candidates with specialties in health economics and industrial organization are especially encouraged to apply, although applicants in all fields of applied microeconomics will be given full consideration.

This search is focused on hiring at the Assistant Professor or advanced Assistant Professor level. The successful candidate must show evidence of the potential to produce internationally recognized research (at the Assistant level) or have a strong track record of scholarship (at the advanced Assistant level). Completion of all requirements for the PhD before the date of hire is expected.
