CEMFI is inviting applications for a one-year Postdoctoral Research position. We welcome applications in any field. The position is funded by CEMFI's “Maria de Maeztu Unit of Excellence” award. It may be extended for one additional year.
Successful candidates will be expected to contribute to the research environment at CEMFI and to participate in our academic activities. They will also be expected to collaborate with CEMFI researchers in the evaluation of anti-poverty programs, as well as to further their own research agenda. They will have no teaching obligations. Candidates should have a PhD in Economics or related fields by the time of appointment. Experience in the empirical analysis of micro data and in carrying out randomized control trials (RCT) is desirable. Knowledge of Spanish is not required.
