Assistant, Associate or Full Professorships in Macroeconomics

The Department of Economics of the University of Zurich is seeking to fill three positions at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Full Professor, starting September 2023. Applicants should have a PhD degree in Economics before taking up the position. Successful candidates for Assistant Professorships are appointed to three-year contracts, renewable once, with evaluation for tenure after six years. Applicants at the rank of Associate or Full Professor should have an established academic record commensurate with the position.

One position is open to macroeconomics with a focus on labor markets.
The other two positions are open to any area of macroeconomics.

The Department of Economics offers an exciting and collegial research environment, competitive terms and conditions and generous research support. Knowledge of German is not a requirement.
