The Department of Economics, Finance and Accounting at the University of Leicester School of Business has several openings at the rank of Lecturer (equivalent to Assistant Professor) to start in the academic year 2023-2024. The field of specialization is open, but we aim to appoint at least one candidate with specialisation in behavioural economics / behavioural finance / experimental economics to continue our strategic investment in this area. Candidates should have, or be close to complete, a relevant PhD. The research program of the candidate should have the potential to influence their field and candidates should provide evidence for excellence in teaching.

The Department of Economics, Finance and Accounting at the University of Leicester School of Business is research-oriented and offers a stimulating research environment organised in research clusters, which include clusters in Macroeconomics and Finance (MEF), Theoretical and Applied Microeconomics (TAM), and the newly created interdisciplinary Cluster for Data Analytics for Business and Policy (DABP).
