The Law, Economics and Finance Department (DEFI) of the Institut Mines-Telecom Business School is opening positions for research professor at the assistant/associate level in its Paris (Evry-Courcouronnes) campus in empirical industrial organization or digital economics.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: The department DEFI invites candidates in all fields. The department opens a position:
- Assistant/Associate Professor in Digital Economics (quantitative approach, econometrics, digital platform, artificial intelligence, privacy, machine learning).
We offer a permanent position with a 4 months tenure-track. The candidates are expected to complete their Ph.D. at the latest in September 2022 and should exhibit potential for excellence in research. They receive a reduced teaching load for the first three years. We offer a competitive salary. The school supports research activities.
ABOUT THE SCHOOL: Institut Mines-Telecom Business School is a public business school, in the French Grandes Ecoles tradition, of IMT (Mines-Telecom Institute), the main French technology institute dedicated to higher education, research and innovation in engineering and management. Founded in 1979, the School reports to the Ministry of Economy and has been recognized for its expertise in management, innovation and entrepreneurship, ethics, and information and communication technologies. Law, Economics and Finance Department (DEFI) has a total of 16 permanent faculty members in Paris. It offers courses at all levels (undergraduate, master and Ph.D.).
