Job description: We have multiple openings for researchers committed to carrying out economic research that directly informs policy. The first opening is for scholars working in the areas of empirical development economics. This is for work related to social sector policy including, jobs, education, health, e-governance and more. The second opening is for scholars working in the areas of industrial organization, regulatory economics, competition economics, etc. This is for work related to issues of choice, competition and innovation in the digital economy.
Applicants who are interested in contributing to evidence based public policy formulation will find these positions especially interesting. They must prove their research track record by their doctoral dissertations and research papers. If you have any work experience, it will be a plus, but not necessary. On our part we will provide you a stimulating research and intellectual environment and a chance to make a direct impact through your research.
