The CERDI (https://cerdi.uca.fr/english-version#/admin), a joint research center of the Université Clermont Auvergne, the CNRS and the IRD, based in Clermont-Ferrand (France) is opening two two-year (possibly extended for one additional year) postdoctoral positions in the field of development economics and related fields.
The position provides an outstanding opportunity for independent research, with the possibility of receiving research funds on a demand basis, as well as collaborating with the faculties at CERDI. While no teaching duties are attached to the position, postdoctoral research associates may participate in the teaching program if mutually agreed. Postdoctoral research associates are expected to participate actively in the activities of the CERDI.
Position’s features:
· Contracts are for 2 (+1 optional) years, with no teaching duties.
· Salary is approximately 2000 euros per month (before income taxes and family allowances).
· Starting date is September 1st 2024.
