Applicants are invited to apply for a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in Economics.
Applicants must have a relevant PhD and relevant experience to develop and manage research projects as part of the overall research agenda in the ERC grant. The post is available from autumn 2023 and will be full time for the duration of one year.
The post-holder will be a member of Professor Martin Weidner’s research group with responsibility for carrying out research as part of the ERC research project “High-Dimensional Inference for Panel and Network Data”. The post holder may also provide guidance to junior members of the research group including research assistants, PhD students and project volunteers.
You will hold, or be close to completion of, a PhD in a relevant discipline together with relevant research experience in theoretical or applied Econometrics, in particular in the areas of panel and network data. You will also have the ability to manage your own research tasks and work with some independence on assigned work.
This is 1 year, fixed-term contract (externally funded) post.
